She emphasizes you are never too old to completely reinvent yourself and talks about how to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to transcend limiting beliefs. She gives advice to married couples about how to live, work and travel together in ways that enhance your relationship, and how to be an effective business partner with your spouse. She shares her morning routine, and how she meditates and emphasizes the importance of unplugging on the weekend. She concludes by recommending her favorite place on earth which is a secret island that Is completely off-grid with no roads or internet and just pristine white sand beach and jungle.
