About the Guests:

Neeraja Ganesh:

She is currently a consultant with Aspire For Her, where she mentors women aspiring to grow in their careers. She also conducts various training programs on leadership and behaviors. She switched my career to work in the space of gender diversity after a successful career in the Information Technology industry managing large teams, delivery of IT projects, Operational excellence, and customer delight for large banking captives for 25 years. Before Aspire For her, she served as the Director – Relationships at the National Education Society of Karnataka. Her focus in that role was to work closely with the industry veterans to build the industry-academia connection to ensure the curriculum of the institutions was relevant to the current and future industry needs.

Sneha Ganesh:

She is a 2nd year undergraduate student pursuing a triple major degree in Math, Statistics, and Computer Science. Passionate about all things data and technology, she is a fast learner who loves experimenting with new technologies and coding.

She has a keen interest in digital media and retail analytics, and aspires to work as a data analyst in these fields.

She currently leads alliances and technology at Aspire For Her, a startup that aims to change the diversity equation of India by bringing more women to enter and persevere in the workforce.
