The Psychology of Trust with Michelle Reina

What happens when our trust has been broken and we have been betrayed, it can cause us to feel a lack of confidence in ourselves. It can put us on to shaky ground. So it’s important that we observe what happened. We acknowledge to ourselves, we give permission for those feelings to surface and we’ve got to get support. We go after finding another person who can support us to do the next most important step which is reframing that experience. We reframe when we take that hurt, that pain and that disappointment and we actually consider what can that help us to learn. How could we potentially grow from this? – Michelle Reina
