anger can be a very powerful catalyst for action + change. but it's also dangerous for the person with the anger - if they're not careful, it can blow up in our face. so, spend time in nature, embrace the joy and hope when it comes, but don't lose sight of how valuable getting pissed (and sometimes petty) can be.
