Today is World Meditation Day and while it is a wonderful practice, the minutes you spend in meditation are quite small compared to the remaining time of each day. Mindfulness is what happens in those remaining hours, and if you can bring a little of that attention or awareness into the rest of your day, that is the quality of meditation.
