Confidence is something a lot of men struggle with. Unfortunately, it's also something a lot of men believe you either have or you don't. That just isn't the case. As with any skill, it can be developed through intentional action. Here are ten steps to foster more confidence:
- Have a deep, emotionally charged vision for your life
- Be very specific on what you want to accomplish and why
- Tie that to small, actionable steps you can take daily
- Surround yourself with those who are achieving what you want to achieve
- Familiarize yourself with your fear in controlled environments
- Develop and build upon small wins
- Find people who will hold you accountable
- Don't make excuses – call your fear for it for what it is
- Redefine Failure
- Weigh the Cost
