Earlier this year, KSK Land launched a RM1m accelerator programme to promote and sustain the growth of SMEs in the F&B sector. The Platter Accelerator Programme hopes to boost carefully selected restaurateurs by providing them not only financial and technical support, but also a space within KSK’s retail lifestyle quarters, 8 Conlay. We speak to Managing Director of KSK Land and CEO of KSK Group, Joanne Kua about this first-of-its-kind accelerator in Malaysia, and why creating an F&B innovator ecosystem makes sense to a lifestyle property developer.
