Former NCAA Division I runner and current mastermind behind The Personalized Running Doc, Lauren describes herself as very passionate, driven, resilient, and loyal. Having logged thousands of miles, from high school and college track and cross country, to qualifying for the Boston Marathon, and then nearly walking off the New York City Marathon course, Lauren uses her vast array of running experiences to help others as a doctor of physical therapy, runner rehab specialist and running coach.
