The U.S., Britain and France are all strongly criticizing a Russian claim that Ukraine may drop a radioactive dirty bomb on its own territory. Russian missiles and drones have caused serious damage in a southern city, near the area where Ukraine's army is massing for a likely major offensive. We have 15 days left until Election Day, and a huge number of voters across the country have already cast their ballots. In Phoenix, some say that people with guns and wearing tactical gear approached them at a ballot drop location. Others said they were followed after voting.
