Anchor Yourself in God

SRF nun Sister Ranjana shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can anchor ourselves in the awareness and protection of the Divine to experience true solace and safety — no matter what is going on around us in this world.

When we are able to use the science of Kriya Yoga and the power of positive thinking to establish a bond with God that is based in love and understanding then we will be able to hold on to and make the most of the peace, joy, and faith we discover within ourselves through meditation and affirmation.

This talk was given at the SRF temple in Encinitas, California, in May 2024.
