Every September, this five-day event transforms the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania into a massive celebration of RV life.We’ve been attending for more than a decade, and we can tell you: this show isn’t just for people shopping for a new rig. This is the show’s 56th year, with the Giant Center serving as its home base since 2005.

Pro Navigation Tip: The outdoor map includes numbered light pole indicators. If you lose your bearings, find the nearest light pole, match its number to the map, and you’ll instantly know where you are.

The Giant Center: A Show Within the Show

Outside is all about RVs. Inside the Giant Center, you’ll find more than 200 booth vendors covering the rest of your RV life—gear, services, and destinations. Expect:

Smart Shopping at a Manufacturer-Organized Show

Define your category first. Are you comparing fifth wheels? Toy haulers? Class B vans? Focus your day on one or two segments.
Use your camera. After 30+ walkthroughs, rigs blur together. Snap exterior shots and key interior features (plus the spec sheet) to review later.
Note model names and lengths. That makes apples-to-apples comparisons easier when you get home.
Plan for a second day if you can. Between outdoor displays, the Giant Center, and seminars, two days is ideal.

Where to Camp Near the Hershey RV Show

If you prefer hookups over dry camping, these three campgrounds are great bases for the show:

Hersheypark Camping Resort

This campground is the closest option to the show. It offers RV sites with hookups, cabin rentals, and convenient access to Hershey attractions (including park shuttles in season). Expect a resort-style vibe and easy logistics.

Elizabethtown / Hershey KOA

This KOA is a short drive away with spacious sites, a pool, camp store, and family-friendly amenities. It’s a reliable basecamp with the classic KOA convenience factor.

Jellystone Park Quarryville

A bit farther than the other two but packed with activities—pools, water features, and theme-weekend fun for kids. This is a great choice if you’re turning the show into a family getaway.
