China and the Arctic: Special Representative for Arctic Affairs, Gao Feng

The dialogue is followed by a Q&A with the audience and is moderated by Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, Chairman of the Arctic Circle and former President of Iceland. 

This event originally took place at the 2022 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland.
