Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognised leader in health and human performance. He is the founder of the Institute of Motion, inventor of ViPR PRO (a big deal), a former Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco, a fitness industry superstar (he wouldn’t say that) and an old Mate of mine, who consults with companies like Equinox, Microsoft and Nike. Apart from all that impressive stuff, he’s just a ripping human with great insight, passion, compassion and drive to help people.
