Dr. Mark Howard was a traditionally trained psychologist and used various approaches in his work until he listened to Sydney Banks, about 40 years ago. It changed his life. Mark saw that in his traditional training, he was taught to honor and respect feelings. But his first big insight was that feelings are made up and just a reaction to thought. Mark no longer sees himself as a psychologist and just shows up in service of others from a place of Love and Understanding.
