Telecon with Mike from Slough: Health and the Sardine Saga

Mike from Slough has been a loyal and active supporter of UK Column for many years. He has an astute eye for events and politics in the UK and beyond. His first ever phone call to Brian Gerrish nearly 20 years ago was on the subject of Common Purpose. Following that brief chat, Mike was to deliver a huge amount of outstanding research on the dirty political work of that charity. What's more, he was also able to provide some outstanding FOI material and accompanying research on Common Purpose and other subjects. After many telephone calls over many years, and an initial UK Column 'Mike from Slough' episode here, we are pleased to post a new telephone conversation and hope for more to come in 2026.
