(15:00) Vinnie recommends a blind taste with frozen yogurt to see if there is much difference in the flavors. This leads to soft drink comparisons. However, they didn't change their habits until they heard "only eat meat and veggies" from a weight loss center. This can be frustrating, but people only use correct information when they truly want to hear it. They have to want the change.
