Year ago when I met Dr. Sarno, he explained to me why he no longer prescribed Physical Therapy. He said that when people focused so much on a "physical solution" for an issue that has an emotional genesis, they would be blocked from healing. I agree with him, when we look at it like this. And, over years of practice, I have realized that there is a place for things like PT, Therapeutic Massage, Accupuncture, and other "physical" interventions when they are approached through the lens of love, not fear.

When Kathy reached out to me, I knew I wanted to share her story. A PT who suffered with back and leg pain for years, healed herself completely through JournalSpeak, and now wants to created teamwork with allied medical professionals about PT's place in this work.
