David and Frances open with a talk on the power of the mind and laying aside the seriousness of the practice. Laughter and lightness loosen the mind from identifying with the "doer." The ego uses hiding to maintain itself and its secrets. The experiential session that followed was based on exposing thoughts in the safety of the Spirit for healing. Two participants came up to explore the intensity of the darkness in the form of bodily disease and depression. David and Frances spoke about the support that is available in moving through the darkness and into the Light.
