In this episode we talk about: 

1) Not having a website/portfolio to showcase our work early enough which meant clients couldn’t easily access our services and see how we solved similar problems for other brands 

2) Not having detailed project agreements that protected us from project mismanagement, overspilling of project scope and payment structure 

3) Not having a lead generation strategy to avoid the feast or famine cycle - while we were getting referrals, we weren’t putting any strategy in place to consistently stay fully booked
