Spoiler alert: it's a lot of pain and not much gain. 8 million Canadians are living with it. For those who may not be familiar, chronic pain is defined as pain that persists for longer than three months, past the point of typical tissue healing. This can include anything from headaches and back pain to fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
