At 11 AM EST Marketing and Design Coach Nicole Gallucci, who many of you will remember from her epic session last year (and her recent conversation with me on this show!), brings play in an as-yet-to-be-determined way…

At 12 PM EST Jungian Coach Michele Walker joins us for an amazing journey into our imagination with a session she's calling "Imagine That!"

At 1 PM EST Reno Winston, who coaches around all things life, love, and business, leads us in a session the name of which is literally "To Be Determined"! Cannot wait to see what Reno brings into our retreat!

At 2 PM EST, Mayo-Clinic-Certified Well-Being Coach – and my beloved cohost – Karin Dent is wrapping up Day 1 of our retreat with a roundtable about insights and inspiration from the day!

On Sunday, October 15, session 1 at 9 AM EST is with TransFLOWmation Coach and poet Frank Bolaji Irawo… Frank's leading us in a lovely session called Finding Your Fun… TransFLOWmation Style…

At 10 AM EST Helena Carrizosa, who coaches around intuition and business, is taking us on an Intuition Playdate!

At 11 AM EST, former high-energy physicist and seasoned executive coach Dr. Patricia Burlaud returns to her physics routes and brings us along for the ride in her session, Time Play: Fun in the 4th Dimension!

At 12 PM EST coach-for-engineers Andrea Clough, who you may remember from her awesome session last year, returns for the retreat with "From Roller Coaster To Rocket Launch, How Change Can Be Fun"…

At 1 PM EST Communication Coach Aidan Lazzarotto returns for his second year in our virtual retreat with a session as yet to be determined…

At 2 PM EST y'all get to play with me! I am Kay, a high-performance and well-being coach, and an artist, and we are wrapping up this year's virtual retreat by playing games!
