Our guest for this week's show is real estate investment expert, Sterling White
Sterling got his start in the real estate industry back in 2009 working on the construction side of commercial projects. He purchased his first single family home investment at the age of 23 and in a short time following this first investment he purchased another 100+ single family homes nationwide. Faster forward to today and Sterling has shifted his focus and now spends his time acquiring large apartment deals.
