I've been pondering the hero's journey lately. We all get to choose: be the hero or be the victim.
But being a hero means facing dragons, those challenges that push us beyond limits. Think about it…our lives are so much more vibrant when we're conquering monstrous obstacles.
I realized this when I transitioned from a life of thrilling adventures to a more mundane routine. Something was missing…so I reframed my week's tasks as dragons to conquer.
