This week on TRM, we are joined by Mindset Coach and Entrepreneur, Kevin Boucher! In this episode, Kevin talks about how his mental health journey influenced his coaching career. After running two successful businesses and “having everything”, he found himself in a really dark headspace where he didn’t know what to do next. His relationships were suffering, he couldn’t identify his purpose in the world, and he started asking himself some really big questions. After going through a health scare and spending time alone throughout the pandemic, he was introduced to the world of coaching and finally started to feel motivated again. He was able to improve his own mindset and begin helping others to do the same. Kevin’s story highlights the true power of vulnerability, authenticity, and self-love.
