In this episode I want to talk about my morning routine and how I prime myself for the day ahead.
I share this as it's something I've been working on and refining for as long as I can remember and what I love about where I'm at now is that what I'm doing is working, it comes at no cost and it's as easy as can be to introduce.
My belief is that the better we know and learn how to look after ourselves, ultimately they better we live and ultimately thrive.
