Onboard Intentionally And Hold Tea-Time
Onboard new engineers intentionally and give them a buddy to ask questions.
Create informal recurring touchpoints (like daily stand-ups) so juniors can ask things without feeling they interrupt seniors.
insights INSIGHT
Capture Context, Not Just Specs
Capture decisions and reasons in living documents to prevent lost context during personnel changes.
Write down why you chose a design when someone outside your expertise explains it to you.

Organize Docs By Product And Search
Organize documentation around products and use searchable repositories to find information fast.
Avoid creating SOPs until a workflow repeats enough to warrant one.
