Let me introduce you to Victoria Evans, an intuitive eating expert that specialises in helping people overcome eating disorders and the various associated challenges.
Her knowledge is vast and her experience deep. She too has gone through her own journey in this space, navigating through eating disorders and mental health issues. She specialises now in teaching women how to heal their relationship with food just like she had to do for herself.
In this conversation she shares her story, the challenges she's been through and the lessons she's learned as well as the key ways in which she helps others.
A little while back I interviewed Emma O'Toole on this podcast and she introduced me to the challenges that so many people face, the triggers that can lead to mental health issues and in her case eating disorders that followed. It was an incredible conversation for me and one that sparked a lot of interest in this space and to learn more. For me this was a fascinating follow up to Emmas podcast and one that I really hope you'll take a lot from.
