Today's show is the first in a series of bonus episodes, each featuring one of the amazing talks given by my participants in the Speaker Salon Showcase.

Twice a year, I curate the Speaker's Salon live in New York City to give speakers a safe place, an incubator to work on their craft, and it has become so much more. These speakers have become the go-to in thought leadership along with becoming a community of authentic, heart-centered communicators who are having a massive impact.

These episodes give you a peek behind the scenes to witness the powerful talks they present at the showcase to influencers and decision makers who are seeking to put them on big stages.

This week's episode features Nick Prefontaine.

Nick grew up in real estate and got started at an early age. He was knocking on Pre-Foreclosure doors at 16, doing 50 doors a day. These were people who didn't pay their mortgage. This experience helped shape Nick's real estate career.

Now, Nick specializes in working with buyers to get them into a home and on the path to home ownership.
