#368 FBF: How to go from 0 to 70,000 multifamily units in less than 20 years – with Jerry Fink

In today's interview I speak with Jerry about the founding of his investment group some 19 years ago and how he and his team have been able to complete more than $9.5 billion of multifamily repositioning's and have owned more than 70,000 doors.
