Kenny Ramsey is the founder and president of R1 Facility Services, a nationwide provider of preventative maintenance services for multifamily communities. He built the company after years working across the residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, gaining deep operational knowledge of building systems and property maintenance.

Since launching R1 in 2018, Ramsey has focused on helping multifamily operators address high-liability maintenance items such as dryer vent cleaning, inspections, and other preventative services designed to protect assets and reduce operational risk.

JB Johnson serves as the Director of Sales at R1 Facility Services, where he works with multifamily owners and operators to implement preventative maintenance programs that protect building systems and reduce operational risk.

He focuses on building relationships with property management teams across the country and helping communities address safety and compliance issues related to maintenance items such as dryer vents, gutters, and other critical infrastructure services.
