ep. 146 How to Be Intentional and Achieve Your Goals This Year

In this episode, I challenge you to not just choose a word but to embody it fully. To have the life you dream of, you need to "be her now" and wear your aspirations like a uniform. I share my personal journey of expansion in 2023 and how I made it the most expansive year of my life by being intentional with my actions.

I introduce a powerful exercise called the Stop, Start, and Find exercise, which I learned from my mentor, Lori Harder. This exercise will help you get clear on what you need to start doing, stop doing, and find in your life to make your Word of the Year a reality.
