Veteran podcaster, filmmaker, author, and marketer Ron Dawson hosts this slightly irreverent podcast where he interviews filmmakers from all aspects of the craft as they share both personal and professional stories of what it means to be a professional creative.

Valentina is a Emmy nominated creator who has worked on dozens of international campaigns and shows for clients like Nike, AT&T, Fujifilm, Chevrolet, MTV and more. She is also the resident pro cinematographer at Aputure and one of the few Adobe Max Ambassadors. Ron chats with Valentina about a whole host of topics, including how women are treated in the industry (some of the stories she shares will make your jaw drop), how she got started as a filmmaker, how she goes about thinking about storytelling and workflow, and how she really feels about that “girl power” scene in Avengers: Endgame.
