In this episode, I talk with Brian Roberts on how he turned his life around. I really enjoyed this podcast because it is so relatable. Brian has gone through a ton of highs and lows in life, we all have. He lost the opportunity to follow his dream career path, he went through a divorce, he got depressed and feel into emotional eating. These are things that a lot of you deal with on a daily basis. Brian wanted to improve his life so he took the initiative to do just that. Now, he is putting himself out there to help others do the same!
