Anxiety can cause many problems, but it can also be used to capture your attention. Philippians 4:6 says to not be anxious and directs us to be thankful and pray. This episode discusses some of the common causes of anxiety and how we can leverage these to draw closer to the Lord. Ryan also gives some practical tips to deal with anxiety and how to see it as a signal to take action.

Philippians 4:6-7 - do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
