Dr. Drew opens the show today by telling Adam that he will be going to The White House to speak with a group of people that the administration is gathering to have a discussion about the opioid epidemic in the country today. The conversation then turns to Adam's practice of jumping in his cold pool as well as the somewhat famous video of Adam's son Sonny attempting a cold plunge of his own, much to Lynette's dismay. They also turn to the phones and speak with a caller who draws correlations between behaviors exhibited in orphaned elephants and orphaned humans.
