He is a meetings industry professional in the global meetings industry and who cares a great deal about the continual improvement of the meetings experience. He’s had an extensive career in hospitality, specialising in sales and client relationship management as well as meetings management in the UK and International meetings industry. He is passionate about educating meeting planners and venue providers as to what it takes to stage successful meetings and to providing the perfect meeting experience for all. He has the ability to support organisations planning to introduce brands and products into new countries or regions. Working with colleagues on many educational fronts to inject creativity and different thinking through the many educational opportunities that the industry provides.
