I'm so pumped about today's episode because I got to interview a guy I only know through his Instagram account: Ethan Benard.

Ethan used to weigh over 600 pounds and he shares the ups and downs of his incredible weight-loss journey.

He shares the challenges of maintaining motivation, the mental struggles he has when he puts in the work and doesn't see progress and the importance of having a strong "why" to keep going on the tough days.
