PART TWO: Last time we had Matty Lansdown (Scientist, Researcher, Nutritionist) on, we had great feedback, so at great expense to the organisation, we’ve dragged him away from his hammock and spoodle to pick his considerable brain about some of the most common food myths, fallacies and misconceptions. Apparently, buttered white bread rolls filled with cheese Twisties are a nutritional no-no, despite the fact that they sustained me through year eight. Somehow, my ‘research’ doesn’t count. Enjoy.
