Troy Casey is also known as Certified Health Nut. He was once a Versace Model who became more and more interested in how his body was working mostly for the sake of looking his best for his job. After some exposure to black mold, he has gone on a mission to reclaim his health using any means necessary. He’s worked with indigenous tribes in the Amazon as a medicine hunter, studied the ancient Vipassana Meditation technique Ashtanga Yoga, and worked closely with Paul Chek at the world-famous C.H.E.K. Institute.
Through these methods of study as well as through other methods such as breathing techniques like Wim Hof Method, Ayahuasca, Qi Gong, barefoot walking, Ice baths and…yes…drinking his own urine, Troy has transformed his health to be the best of his life at the age of 54 years old. Troy used ayahuasca to help him to rekindle his relationship with his wife and also to see visions of his future. He has a grand vision for helping to creating a world with clean air, water, soil, and equitable systems for all mankind in his lifetime – something he believes is absolutely attainable. He recently wrote a book called Ripped at 50 which outlines his journey and allows others to see his path to health.
