Cynde McInnis on How to Get Out of Your Own Head

Today I am sitting down to chat with one of my clients, Cynde McInnis.

Cynde and I are talking about her passion for whales (yes, you read that right), how she's turned that passion into a business and how coaching has impacted her life and business.

She also talks about how being in a group coaching setting has given her exposure to a lot of different women with different ideas, all of which helped her grow within her business.

Cynde runs The Whalemobile which is an educational enrichment program that uses a life-sized inflatable whale to cultivate the next generation of ocean advocates. The life-sized replica of a humpback named Nile becomes a classroom as students go inside to learn about how humans and whales are similar and different.
