April 1st was the date of the new year under the Julian Calendar established by Julius Caesar in 46 BCE. The calendar was changed officially in 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII to what we call today the Georgian calendar. This was a form of global reset. It transformed how people worshiped, how they related to the world, how they related to each other and how the pursued their Faith. It is an event similar in impact to the Great Rest that we are being forced into today.
