This week I got a little bit spicy when it came to this topic. I've experienced some things lately - some up close & personal, others from more of a distance - and it led me to recording this episode - all about what I want to see change in the coaching industry.

• The instalment plan 'tax' and how I believe that students / clients should pay the same price regardless of how they can afford to pay at the time - whether that be in full or through a payment plan. 
• Other ways we can incentivise new clients to pay in full that isn't tied to the price they pay (or disadvantaging those that can't pay in full!) 
• How I feel about coaches putting 'business' before their people and why I believe this will kill their business in the long term. 
• How wrong it is when coaches 'reuse' their students ideas (you could also replace 'reuse' with the word steal!)
