Self Care and the Enneagram with Katie Gustafson

This week, Kat is joined by a returning guest and fellow therapist, Katie Gustafson. Katie is back to talk to us about the enneagram AND how it can have a positive influence on identifying the self care practices that are right for each of us individually. Self care doesn’t just have to be getting a massage or going for a walk. Katie teaches us in this episode that self care is less about escaping and indulging and more about restoring us back to who we truly are.
