It moves into our biology, right? Stress hormones go up, digestion shuts down, fertility shuts down, immunity is not a priority. So we have autoimmune disease. So it's a whole ripple effect that it's not woo that we're like just managing our mindset. We're actually signaling safety to our body through our thoughts and also nutrition and lifestyle.”
