Who Are You?
If you’re an author, if you write books in a certain area, then you need to stop identifying as being an “author!”
You need to start identifying yourself as a “marketer who is also an author.”
If you’re a coach and you teach people how to do Facebook advertising, you need to become a marketer who coaches people in Facebook advertising.
If it’s marriage counseling, then you are a marketer who specializes in marriage counseling.
If you make your living as an artist, then you’re a great marketer who’s an artist.
That’s the only way you’re going to be able to spread your message, reap the rewards you deserve, and help the world.
Stop identifying as whatever you think you are and redefine yourself as a marketer who does what you do.
If you don’t do that, you will forever:
• Cheat the world of the value you could bring;
• Cheat yourself;
• Cheat your family;
• Cheat your bank account!
