Dr. Charlotte Ord is a Counselling Psychologist with a specialised focus on body image, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationships with both the self and others. She is the author of Body Confident You, Body Confident Kid, published by Bluebird (Pan Macmillan), and advocates for a holistic, inclusive approach to health and well-being that celebrates and honours body diversity.

Dr. Ord has worked with professional athletes, sports institutions, and organisations to foster a more supportive and inclusive body image culture. Drawing on her extensive experience as a two-time UK Personal Trainer of the Year and former owner of two personal training gyms, she brings a unique blend of expertise in international strength and conditioning coaching, combined with psychology and psychotherapy.
