Kathryn Budig is an OG yogi, if ya know what I mean. She was teaching yoga before it was cool and trendy. She's an incredible athlete and her list of accolades goes on and on but what I admire the most about Kathryn is that she's the real deal. She has zero ability to fake anything. She tells it like it is and shares her struggles just as much as her moments of joy. Whether you're a yoga fan or not (I'm personally not a huge yoga enthusiast) you can learn from Kathryn's wisdom.
