Seth Fite is a classical painter born in England, who grew up in the United States. From the new world, he is inspired by American Golden Age illustrators, Andrew and N. C. Wyeth, and the Cincinnati master Frank Duveneck. From the old world, he has studied masters such as Rembrandt and Velasquez. In 2019 he was a student of Odd Nerdrum. Fite has been told to "find his own voice" and "do something new", as well as other clichés, but he sees little use of this.
