Lauren Berryhill on transforming her health and her life!

In this episode, I speak with Lauren Berryhill a.k.a. Keto Coach Lauren! Lauren has lost over 100 lbs and has transformed her life on many different levels. She used to struggle with body dysmorphia and has cycled through many different fad diets. She suffered through postpartum depression and was on the verge of giving up on her health. She stumbled onto keto and the rest is history. She has since lost the weight, built a ton of muscle, and has a new zeal for life. She can now enjoy more time with her son, help others through her coaching, and live a much more fulfilled life. I talk with her about the importance of having a building phase, her experience with carnivore, common mistakes she sees in her female clients, and how she addresses keto with her son.
