A Year of Sober Firsts with Taylor Cole of Laguna Beach

You might recognize Taylor Cole from the early 00’s reality show Laguna Beach! At the beginning of this year, Taylor made a big decision: To be ‘alcohol-free in 2023’. She’s gained so much from this experience, and she’s now ready to tell her sobriety story!

Taylor shares what it was like to film a secretly booze-infused reality show as a teenager, how that affected her relationship with alcohol moving into adulthood, and the big shift in her life that opened her eyes to the damage that alcohol does to the body.

She wants you to know that you don’t have to have a ‘problem’ in order to say goodbye to alcohol!
